Appraisal Descriptors and Questions

  • Over 1200 appraisal statements and questions – populate the assessment instrument giving users the depth and breadth needed to design a comprehensive survey.
  • Specific behaviors – or skills that need to be assessed are represented through professionally designed questions and statements.
  • Appraisal statements – are designed as performance yardsticks that articulate performance standards.
  • Questions – are relevant to the recipient's job providing a motivation to change or understand the performance under review.

Qualitative Feedback

  • Comment box – is provided after each cluster of questions under a competency. This gives raters the opportunity to add comments in support of the answers to the rated questions. They provide the appraisee a rich data source from which he/she can look for key words or phrases, and for common themes which further shed light on the report’s findings.

Clear and Concise Reporting System

  • A 5-point rating scale – is used for AllPoints Feedback 360 survey evaluation algorithm.
  • Upcoming Evaluations - automatically notifies you of evaluations that are coming due.
  • Trend Analysis - shows employee performance trends over a series of performance evaluations.
  • Evaluation Summary - presents results as specified by the supervisor. Options include weighting scores, dropping the high and/or low ratings, showing or hiding participant names, showing or hiding participant comments.
  • Supervisor Summary - shows results by question for a particular evaluation. Highlights whether individual participants have been sketchy or unduly biased in their responses.
  • Anomaly Report - summarizes results by question for all surveys in the database. Periodic review of this report will allow you to identify participants who may need "refresher" training in the 360° process.

Confidentiality

  • AllPoints Feedback – observes the highest protocol system in the industry. Each response and written comments are treated in strictest confidence.
  • Cumulative data – is integrated with the rest of the data points entered by the appraisers thus ensuring anonymity.
  • Participants –can monitor their survey until all invited appraisers have completed the survey.
  • The Manager or Admin Officer – who originates the survey have the discretion to make their responses visible to the appraisee enabling an open and trustworthy feedback process.
